Reverend Jennifer cormier
JJ began her studies at Durham College and graduated with a diploma in Early Childhood Education before moving forward to
complete two years within the Forensic Program at Trent University.
She then bridged over to the Criminology and Justice Honour’s Degree Program at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
Jennifer continued her studies with a Bachelors in Metaphysical Science and then a Masters in Metaphysical Science specializing in criminal psychology and philosophy studies.
JJ recently completed a doctorate degree in philosophy specializing in pastoral counselling psychology.
JJ’s main passions will always be family and the community in which she hopes to serve through her position as an Executive Director for Victim Services HPELA in which she started in July of 2018.
Before coming to the Belleville area JJ was a Program Director for Alternatives Community Program Services through the
Ministry of Community and Social Services, and a correctional officer through the Ministry of Child and Youth Services.
JJ’s focus since beginning her position here in the East has been to develop a holistic healing person centred approach to services.
JJ’s husband is a reiki master and together they have started a home-based program of prayer groups and healing sessions.
