Reverend len sholer - treasurer
Rev. Len was born and raised in the mighty metropolis of Omemee, Ontario. He was raised with faith, spirituality and integrity although as with many adolescents, his religiousity took a back seat from time to time with the enthusiasm of youth.
As the years went on and his faith developed, there were always questions he couldn't answer making him think he was on a "a need to know" basis until he came to realise he was an intuitive.
Now living in Lindsay, Len considers himself a work in progress and Spirit led him to Rev. Rita Marie Browning and the Bancroft Center for Awakening Spiritual Growth on a visit to Cardiff, Ontario, and he's been with the Bancroft Center for Awakening Spiritual Growth ever since.
He describes the Bancroft Center a place where ALL can experience fellowship, understanding and guidance while navigating a sometimes confusing spiritual path, and he's come to consider all those with the Center as family.
He found a strong spiritual foundation with Bancroft that he can carry anywhere, converse with people of all walks of life, and allow for continual growth and learning.
Ordained in 2012, Len was given the opportunity (and honour, he says) to assist with the Ordination of fellow Ministers in 2013 and 2014.
Len has held the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors, and has been blessed with gifts as a Psychic/Medium, an Energy Healer and a Tarot Card Reader. He enjoys meditation circles, development workshops and classes working with Spirit in neighbouring Centres.
He's taken development classes and courses with the Bancroft Center for Awakening Spiritual Growth, with the Spiritualist Society of Burlington (ON.), with Patricia Price and Rose Vanden Eynden at Lily Dale (NY), with the Central Spiritualist Church (Sacramento, CAL.), and loves comparing religions and finding new ways to fit spirituality into life.
His current endeavours include learning how (or if) we can find comparisons in Quantum Entanglement theories and experiments to Energy Healing or vice versa.
